**Job brief**

We are looking for a competent _Logistics Coordinator_to support the logistic department, to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company, from supplier to EU and UK. You will be the one to coordinate and monitoring the processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and organization skills. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

**Logistics Operations**
- Monitoring PO’s and delivery windows, to make sure goods will be delivered on time to our customers.
- Monitoring shipments in transit.
- Managing/Organising deliveries to our warehouse in Germany.
- Sending necessary documents to our warehouse in Germany such as Picking Notes, Delivery Notes, Commercial Invoices, etc.
- Monitoring goods that have left the warehouse to make sure the customers receive correctly if some delays occur have the ability to investigate the reason.
- Get quotation from transport companies for palletised goods.
- Book deliveries on customer’s Portals.
- Administration work such as checking invoices, entering orders, contacting couriers and if needed contacting customers.
- Maintaining record and keeping track of the daily deliveries to customers.
- Book deliveries with couriers, providing all necessary documentation for customs.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
