Our client holds a portfolio of restaurants, pubs and hotels is one of the only independently run brewery’s left in Britain.What started as a small brewery in Yorkshire, has grown over the years and now operates over 200 sites across the UK. 48 of which are in the capital.We are looking for passionate individuals who are driven to maximise growth and guest satisfaction in their site. Are you focused on the guest journey to achieve the best results and maximise your net profit?You will be required to have a solid understanding of; * Financials * Rota building / managing * Training and onboarding * Brand awareness * Team management * Site safety * Complaint handling * Stock control * RecruitmentOur client would consider an Assistant / Deputy Manager who is looking for their first appointment as a General Manager if they have strong and clear career progression to date with the right background in volume, operation and team size.You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site and ensuring brand standards are maintained. Our client has a clear vision and growth plan which will be replicated in your daily operation. There is continuous support and guidance provided by your area manager to ensure the vision and plan are followed.Attention to detail is key when it comes not only to the team and culture but also the brand and their standards. We are looking for a keen eye and focus on the detail. We want a General Manager who puts themselves in the shoes of the guest and notices all the little things which make a difference to their visit.Our client understands the hard work and commitment that it takes to manage a successful site.
