**The Role - Senior Property Manager**

The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Operations for Legal and General Affordable Homes n ensuring a ‘best in class’ housing management service is provided to customers and clients alike, building a great place to work for staff.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Line management of contract property managers, supporting staff with regular 121’s, implementing a performance management framework, providing feedback and identifying training as required.
- To oversee the contract delivery of tenant customer journey from start to finish, inclusive of move in, customer services, management of repairs, portfolio inspections and tenancy checksEnsure good communication with sales agents to ensure new sharedowners are welcomed to their home.
- Work with head of service and property managers to achieve excellent levels of customer satisfaction across contract.
- Support property managers with problem resolution, finding customer friendly solutions to tricky issues.
- To promote and deliver our local ESG offering across the contract portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with client, working with client officers closely to manage risks, highlight opportunities and support monthly client reporting
- Directly manage a small patch of properties within London and be an on site presence.
- Ensure that Pinnacle meets all contract KPI’s whilst achieving internal commercial objectives

**Skills**
- Must naturally get on with people, have attention to detail and enjoy being busy (with an interest in Leadership)
- Operational property experience - must have significant tenancy management and customer services experience
- Be an approachable friendly character
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
