Learn more about what we do on our website.JOB DESCRIPTIONAIM OF THE ROLE:The Contracts Management Executive plays a vital role acting as quality and assurance for creation of all contract documents on behalf of the Redcentric sales team.The Contract Managements team liaise with the sales team, solutions team, legal team & project management team regarding all areas of the sales order process.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:QA on all orders submitted for processing to ensure all mandatory documents have been supplied; Order types include; New Business, Upsell, Upgrade/Replace, Contract Extensions, Portal Orders & Order acknowledgements for One Off SalesContract creation in systemInitiate solution sign off to ensure technical accuracy & obtain financial approval when requiredLiaise with the legal team when requiredManage the docusign process for all contracts & NDA'sManage the shared inboxAdminister the contract change process when a solution requirement has changed post signatureGeneration of renewal reports for salesPERSON SPECIFICATIONThe ideal candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to achieving great results, they will ideally have the following skills, attributes and experience:Must be a strong team playerHighly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workloadBe able to work on their own initiativeKeen to learn new skillsEnthusiastic with a confident personalityHas an understanding of the sales process and the importance of CustomersA fast learner, with an interest in and the ability to learn about Redcentric's Services and Solutions; with the capability to keep this knowledge up to date going forward and to develop and build on this in the future as requiredKEY SKILLSExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to be able to liaise with internal and external contacts at all levelsEffective use of the telephone and Microsoft Office packages - including email, word and excelAbility to work under pressureGood attention to detailHOURS OF WORKThe Company's standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.00am until 5:30pm, and from 9.00am until 3:30pm on a Friday, with one hour for lunch.
