Job Location Harrogate Employment Type Full‑time (12‑month fixed‑term contract) Seniority Level Associate Job Function Administrative Job Description The Contracts Management Executive plays a vital role acting as quality and assurance for creation of all contract documents on behalf of the Redcentric sales team. The team liaises with the sales team, solutions team, legal team and project management team regarding all areas of the sales order process. Key Responsibilities QA on all orders submitted for processing to ensure all mandatory documents have been supplied (e.g., New Business, Upsell, Upgrade/Replace, Contract Extensions, Portal Orders, Order acknowledgements for One‑Off Sales) Contract creation in system Initiate solution sign‑off to ensure technical accuracy and obtain financial approval when required Liaise with the legal team when required Manage the DocuSign process for all contracts & NDAs Manage the shared inbox Administer the contract change process when a solution requirement has changed post‑signature Generate renewal reports for sales Qualifications Strong team player Highly motivated with a pro‑active approach to workload Self‑directed, able to work on own initiative Eager to learn new skills Enthusiastic with a confident personality Understanding of sales process and importance of customers Fast learner, interests in Redcentric’s services and solutions Key Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external contacts at all levels. Effective use of telephone and Microsoft Office packages – email, Word, Excel Ability to work under pressure Hours of Work Monday to Thursday: 9.00am – 5.30pm. Friday: 9.00am – 3.30pm.
