Anderson Knight is recruiting a dynamic and analytical Business Performance Manager to join our client's growing team. This is a pivotal role, providing insight and support for new business initiatives, strategic planning, and performance reporting across multiple Operating Companies. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.About the RoleAs Business Performance Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality business intelligence, supporting decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a team of performance analysts to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.Designing, implementing, and maintaining performance dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.Driving accurate planning, forecasting, and resource management to ensure KPIs and business objectives are met.Developing and implementing robust data systems, reporting processes, and forecasting models.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the Shared Service Centre.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Management Information, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.Strong background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.Advanced Excel skills, including PowerPivot, complex formulas, and data manipulation.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.What You'll BringA proactive, dependable, and inclusive approach to work.A genuine passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.Commitment to wellbeing, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.Alignment with the organisation's values and Code of Conduct.This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious professional to take ownership of performance reporting and play a key role in shaping business strategy.To apply for this opportunity, please click the link below.
