Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for two Triage and Early Interventions Officers to join the Staffordshire Victim Gateway team, working 37.5 hours a week.We are looking for driven individuals, able to deliver a fast-paced and high quality service to victims of crime. The role will be responsible for the 'front door' of the service; with immediate need, risk assessment and safeguarding at the forefront of every contact. You will answer the public helpline and assess needs, enabling onward referred to specialist services, where necessary.Do you want to make a difference every day?
