This is your chance to join one of the UK's fastest-growing IT service providers and develop your technical expertise in a dynamic, customer-facing role.What You'll Be DoingAttend customer sites to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issuesCarry out installations, upgrades, and repairs for PCs, laptops, printers, and network equipmentConfigure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access pointsWork closely with the Service Desk to ensure quick and effective incident resolutionMaintain accurate documentation of site visits and resolutionsAssist with workshop-based repairs and equipment preparation when neededIdentify recurring issues and recommend preventive measuresWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Previous experience in technical support or field engineeringStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktop and server environmentsExperience configuring and supporting network switches, firewalls, and Wi-FiExcellent customer service and communication skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across ScotlandAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyDesirable (not essential):IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft MCP/MCSA)Experience with Fortigate Firewalls and Unifi WirelessKnowledge of virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environmentWhy Kick ICT?We're proud to be one of the few UK Microsoft Partners to hold all six Solutions Partner designations.
