Guided by our company motto "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" our core values of Entrepreneurialism, Openness, Partnership, Integrity, and Family Feeling shape everything we do.Building on our heritage of quality and durability, our vision is to become the most sustainable lifestyle bag and travel luggage company in the world.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear, polite communication with customers in person, over the phone, and via messagingLog repair cases, update service records, and manage day-to-day admin within the Repair StudioAssess and diagnose luggage issues promptly and accuratelyReplace basic hardware components such as wheels, handles, locks, zips, and screws(Note: This role does not involve stitching, sewing, or fabric repairs)Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally to achieve positive resolutionsWork collaboratively with the team, supporting smooth workflow and customer satisfactionMaintain a clean, neat, and well-organised workspaceStay informed about Samsonite products, repair guidelines, and industry trendsQualifications For Internal CandidatesSkills & RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, and lift luggage up to 15 kg on a frequent basisPrevious repair experience or a strong willingness to learn basic hardware replacementsGood administrative capability and basic computer literacyPrevious retail or customer-facing experience preferredAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetOrganised, reliable, and detail-focusedExcellent communication skills with a good command of EnglishA team player with a proactive, supportive attitudeFlexibility with work patternsWillingness to travel locally between London stores and partner hotelsAbout The TeamWhy you'll love working here:Our employees matter.
