This role sits at the crossroads of paid social, AI video production, and constant experimentation. You will ideate, script, produce, and iterate ads that directly improve ROAS, CPI, and hook rate across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.This is a hands on, performance driven role. You will work with AI tools, UGC creators, and freelance editors while collaborating closely with the Growth Manager to keep the paid pipeline full of new and continuously improved creative.Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy and ProductionProduce 5 or more new ad concepts per week and 20 or more hooks per weekShip 20 or more finished video ads weekly, including self produced and freelancer deliveryUse AI tools such as Sora, Veo, Midjourney, and Runway to build scalable video assetsWrite scripts, hooks, angles, headlines, and narrativesExperiment with UGC, humour, TikTok native and emotional storytelling, skits, and mixed media AI formatsBuild and maintain a creative testing roadmap with fast iteration speedPipeline OwnershipManage freelance editors and UGC creators including hiring and trainingCoordinate shoots both remote and London basedDevelop repeatable creative workflows and pipelinesWork towards fully owning the creative production flywheel end to endData and PerformancePull and interpret your own creative performance dataAnalyse hook rate, click to conversion, CPI, and ROAS to form hypothesesScale winning concepts and kill or iterate quickly on underperforming workWhat You Bring Proven track record producing high performing ads in SaaS, apps or consumer brandsSelf-starter with a maker mindset.
