**The Role**
The Content Strategist will be responsible for driving valuable audiences to multiple MVF Brands through implementing best practice across all major platforms. The role is instrumental in generating traffic to our sites, and will take ownership of growth initiatives for each of our B2B sites.
In the position you will perform regular SEO content reporting, analysing website data, performing keyword research, and providing content teams support and guidance on how to implement these strategies.
This role will also take part in projects that expand beyond our department, and will take a leading role in understanding how we can build audiences for our brands across channels such as YouTube, newsletter and news.
This is a specialist role that will provide input across the Brands team with the objective of driving audience growth and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
- Working with the Head of Audience Development and Senior Content Strategist on the creation of best practice for SEO content planning
- Working with the B2B editorial teams to ensure that best practice is adhered to
- Conduct content reviews and provide feedback to Editors to ensure copy is optimised and all best practices are followed
- Deliver findings and insights to editorial teams with clear actions on how this can be implemented
- Strategise the launch of new content outlets such as YouTube channels and newsletters
- Train Content teams on best practice, drive adoption and measure compliance
- Ensure sites are following the best practice on areas like Core Web Vitals and E-E-A-T
- Deliver training to staff based on best practice, ensuring teams are able to quickly adapt to new channels and understand the methods for success
**Our Ideal MVFer**:
- Previous experience working in SEO, preferably within a content / media business
- Good communication and presentation skills - is a convincing and credible communicator
- Ability to research and present actionable data
- Ability to understand and interpret SEO principles such as Core Web Vitals, Expertise Authority & Trustworthiness and how they can be leveraged to competitive advantage
- Understanding of what constitutes high quality editorial content and journalism, and experience working in, with or alongside teams responsible for its output
