As such you'll be heavily involved in market research led data collection, market analysis/forecasting, and stakeholder engagement/networking.In so doing it's very likely you'll already be a Research Analyst from the market intelligence sector or similar with good knowledge of areas such as construction, infrastructure, and/or tech (specifically data centres). Or, you might additionally be working in a similar capacity not directly within the aforementioned, but instead somewhat adjacently (good knowledge of enterprise real estate is a definite plus).
