Working alongside a team of exceptional talent you'll manage a small team of paid social specialists to deliver successful campaign activation across Meta, TikTok and other social platforms. In this role you will take ownership of working with your team to manage day-to-day paid social campaigns from initial brief, project planning, execution, billing, financial management, monthly campaign reviews and post campaign evaluation, to ensure we are meeting our client's objectives and expectations.ResponsibilitiesRun comprehensive DPA retail campaigns and manage complex campaigns through social management platforms.Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.Build paid social campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on client's business objectives & are built upon solid insight.Ensure that we execute and surpass our client requests and manage expectations effectivelySupport Account Directors and the Head of Department in developing investment-led strategies in paid social to help meet our client's business objectivesActively seek creative and innovative media solutionsManage, guide and mentor your team towards being the best they can beDevelop close working relationships with the other departments within Assembly to deliver an integrated service to clientsEnsure clients are informed of Assembly's sustainability offering and credentialsChampion a sustainable approach to marketing across client work where applicable, and consider sustainability across campaign elements such as messaging and creativeRequired SkillsSkilled in managing client relationships on key accounts in term of driving strategy and ensuring client satisfaction.Proven experience in planning and activating paid social performance campaigns, working to conversion specific KPIsProven experience in process management and adapting ways of working to meet client needsStrong technical and data skills (advanced Microsoft Excel)Excellent written and numerical skillsExcellent communication and literacy skillsSelf-motivated & willing to take on new ideasKeen to make your mark and pass on your knowledge in an exciting and fast-moving workplace.Experienced with the Meta ad platform alongside other social platforms including TikTok.Experienced in both brand and performance focused advertising.
