Role: Paid Social Account Manager Location: London (Hybrid / Remote options available) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 We’re supporting a fast-growing marketing agency that partners with ambitious brands across e-commerce, D2C, lifestyle and professional services. With continued growth and increasing client demand, they’re looking for a talented Paid Social Account Manager to lead strategy, performance and client relationships across Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels. About the Role As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns from strategy and build to optimisation and reporting. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them on how to scale performance and maximise return on ad spend. You’ll work closely with internal teams across creative, sales and content to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more. Lead client calls, presentations and performance reviews with confidence. Produce clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to wider account strategy. Collaborate with creative teams to brief and review ad assets. Experience Required Experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency environment. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and attribution tools. Analytical approach and able to interpret data and turn it into strategy. Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience. Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of creative strategy and performance-led paid social best practices.
