Reporting to a Senior Manager youll oversee a small team and act as a channel specialist - driving innovation ensuring best practice and delivering performance across social platforms. Your experience & role is vital to ensuring that we continue to evolve our Paid Social offering driving innovation & growth.This position requires strong knowledge and experience in liaising directly with clients planning & managing digital strategy and campaigns across a range of social media channels including Meta TikTok Snapchat Pinterest Reddit and LinkedIn.RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Management & StrategyLead end-to-end campaign setup optimisation and reporting across key social platforms.Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practice through regular QA and performance reviews.Develop and present strategic paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs and budgets. Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels budget audience formats etc.) and present these back both to internal and external stakeholdersWork with executives to produce detailed & accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports that deliver actionable and valuable insights to clients.Translate data into actionable insights using in-platform and third-party analytics tools.Identify opportunities for testing and innovation championing a test-and-learn approach.Stay ahead of emerging trends formats and platform features to enhance performance and support with the education of internal and external stakeholders (inc. clients) on the Paid Social landscape.Oversee onboarding and account setup processes ensuring timelines deliverables and assets are managed effectively.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted point of contact for strategic discussions.Present campaign results insights and growth recommendations clearly and confidently.Partner with Account and Client Directors on quarterly reviews post-campaign analyses and long-term planning.Line ManagementManage and mentor junior team members ensuring workloads are balanced and development goals are met.Conduct regular 1:1s and annual reviews providing feedback and clear objectives to support professional growth.Support recruitment onboarding and training processes contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.Lead by example in fostering collaboration curiosity and performance excellence across the team.Operational ExcellenceOversee all budget activity related to Paid Social on your accounts including budget recommendations pacing and billingConduct regular audits to improve performance and contribute to new business efforts.Contribute to internal best practice documentation new business pitches and internal training initiatives.Support the development of internal resources and process improvements to continually enhance SINEs Paid Social offering.Promote and refine best practices across accounts to maintain SINEs high standards.RequirementsAs part of our dynamic team youll need to demonstrate the following:2.5 - 3 years of Paid Social experience - agency experience desirable.Hands-on experience across major platforms: Meta TikTok Snapchat Pinterest Reddit and LinkedIn.Skilled in campaign planning execution reporting and performance analysis (e.g. GA4).Proven experience in full-funnel campaign planning and management with an understanding of the broader media mixStrong communicator with the confidence to lead client conversations and presentations.Organised detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office particularly Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint.A proactive curious and collaborative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.Benefits25 days holiday (plus public holidays and Christmas closure) and additional annual leave accrual for the first three years.Competitive salary benchmarked annually.Early Friday finish at 3pm (subject to business needs).Enhanced family and personal leave policies.Health cash plan (after 3 months) and employee assistance programme.Hybrid working with home equipment allowance.Regular social events and free tickets to live events.Modern Fitzrovia office with local discounts and wellbeing perks.Structured personal development programme and access to industry conferences.An active social events calendar and opportunity to input into the social calendarOpportunities to help further shape the business culture and agency benefits.LOCATIONOur stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia minutes walk from Goodge Street Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations.At SINE Digital were committed to creating a workplace where people feel respected valued and empowered to thrive - just as they are.
