Job DescriptionNew Year - New StartWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trade Reactive Operative with extensive multi skills to join our team on a permanent basis, for reactive and planned works across multiple social housing contracts. Local authority and unoccupied properties. You will be the an experienced Multi Operative within Reactive and planned maintenance works, working on installations of kitchens and bathrooms adaptations, to cover areas from mainly Swindon and Wiltshire regions.About the company:Our client specialises in delivering high-quality reactive, planned and void refurbishment works. They work with well regarded social housing providers to deliver reliable and professional services across the UK.What the company offer:Competitive Benefits, including28 days holidays - including bank holidaysPensionVan, Fuel card, insurance.Responsibilities:Perform reactive and planned works, taking out kitchens and installation of new ones.NV2 Level 2 in CarpentryPermanent position with a forward thinking company.Requirements:Proven plumbing or carpentry and multi-trade experience in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties, including refuge andAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in social housing and report writing.Social housing / local authority experienceFull UK driving licenceMust have own set of tools.NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry.If you're an experienced multi-trader in reactive works, with a background in plumbing or carpentry looking for a permanent opportunity with a growing and forward thinking company, get in touch nowPay: up to £36,400Overtime paid at 1.5x your salaryHolidays: 28 days, including bank holidays.Schedule:Monday to Friday28 days holiday, including bank holidays.Experience:Social housing / local authority: 3 years (preferred)Multi trade 6 yearsExcellent communicatorWriting of reports on works being completed/completed.Pay & Hours :Up to £36,400 per annumPaid every 2 weeks.Monday to Friday40 hours per week.Van and fuel card provided - Business use onlyJBRP1_UKTJ
