Dawson Levy are proud to be recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter in the Salisbury area.

**About the Company**:
The client is a local maintenance company who pride themselves on offering the best services to pub chains, care homes, hotels and many other commercial companies.

**About the Job**:
The Multi-Skilled Carpenter will be working on commercial contracts covering reactive and planned repairs over the Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire areas.

You will be responsible for Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, patch Plastering, minor Brickwork and decorating jobs.

A van and fuel card will be provided to you and you will need to be prepared to travel, the client will aim to keep you in a 2 hour radius of your home.

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Call out rota: 1 in 7/8

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing and rectifying faults within core and other trades related repair requests
- Ensuring that the quality of work meets the highest possible standards at all times
- Works to include general building maintenance including plumbing and general fabric maintenance
- Supporting all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service
- Being willing to work out of hours to the requirements of the client and participate on the call out rota, when required
- Maintaining your company vehicle in a clean and tidy condition
