Multi Trader

Landmarc support Services are looking for a motivated and ambitious Multi Trader Maintenance Technician to support the day to day repairs and maintenance on the MoD Training Estate at Westdown Camp near Salisbury.

**Knowledge Areas**:
Carry out a variety of repairs, to include the following:

- Flooring, Roof repairs, slating and tiling, flat roof patching, Joinery repairs and general woodworking

Door Ironmongery (door closures, locks, fittings etc.)
Plastering repairs
Tiling
Brickwork & concreting
Drainage & guttering
- Work with minimum supervision
- Complete projects to a high standard and with pride
- Undertake a continual programme of risk assessment in relation to your role
- Maintain competence, skills and abilities within relevant disciplines attending further training where required
- Work as part of on call rota, where required (outside of normal working hours)
- Carry out Additional works as required to support the business
- Accept AP responsibilities when required

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Recognised qualification at NVQ Level 2 or above or similar knowledge and skills
- Strong Awareness of Health and Safety and working within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a multi trade works
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- UK Driving Licence
