This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact programme and project management outputs that support our mission-critical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the development of programme deliverables including schedules, risk registers, and governance documentation.Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with bid and programme priorities.Managing day-to-day programme activities, tracking progress, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.Applying Draken's programme and project management frameworks to ensure delivery excellence.Experience / Skills / QualificationsProven experience in programme management within a bid environment.Strong technical understanding of areas such as Engineering, Aviation, Electronic Warfare Systems, Communication Systems, and Aircraft Platform Systems.Skilled in MS Project and Microsoft 365 tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.A proactive mindset with the ability to manage risks, priorities, and change effectively.Our employee valuesDraken is committed to eliminating unlawful and unfair discrimination and we celebrate the differences that a diverse workforce brings.
