Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Proactively manage and develop relationships across a panel of wholesale clients, including IFAs, DFMs, and wealth managers.Drive fund flows and client engagement through a combination of outbound contact, strategic follow-ups, and personalised service.Collaborate with field sales colleagues to execute regional strategies and identify new business opportunities.Present investment solutions in a credible, consultative manner across a range of asset classes.Support the development of junior team members; prior mentoring or informal leadership experience is highly valued.Ideal Candidate:4+ years’ experiencein wholesale distribution or intermediary sales within asset management.Solid understanding of the UK wholesale landscape, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate complex fund propositions clearly.Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is a plus.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking asset manager known for its strong investment performance, collaborative culture, and commitment to long-term client partnerships.
