Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with a reputable Financial Services firm who operate as a Specialist Lender within the Property Finance market, they are seeking a Telephone based Business Development Executive to join their sales team in London. This role is full time office based.The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge within a similar environment and the ability to develop new business relationships. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and a self-starter mentality, who is committed to working hard within a growing team.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain successful working relationships with introducers by generating new business through outbound calling to our existing database.Conduct initial assessments of bridging applications, identifying potential cases before passing them to an underwriter for full evaluation.Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure excellent service delivery to introducers.Stay updated with current best practices and regulatory requirements through company training.Actively reach out to existing introducers to build strong, lasting relationships and seek new business opportunities.Communicate with introducers, following up on pending documentation to ensure timely processing.Participate in departmental meetings, contributing ideas to improve processes and enh...
