**Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance**

An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a boutique property finance lender based in Central London. Specialising in unregulated bridging and development finance, you will be responsible for originating lending enquiries across the England.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who has a proven track record of developing profitable relationships within the bridging finance sector. You will have the opportunity to generate enquires via brokers, accountants, developersas well as directly with clients.

Loan sizes generally will be £300k - £3m although with a flexible model you will have the ability to place larger cases if the risk is sensible.

Experience required:

- Thorough understanding of the UK property finance market.
- Proven track record of developing intermediary relationships (Mortgage Brokers, Commercial Brokers, Finance Brokers).
- Focus on unregulated bridge lending (predominantly residential)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Committed to providing 1st class customer service.

Salary £65 - £100k Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (Depending on experience)
