Senior Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

Mayfair, London | £60,000–£90,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available

We're recruiting on behalf of a boutique bridging lender based in Mayfair, London. With over £235 million lent across 300+ deals, they are known for delivering fast, flexible and tailored property finance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with deep industry knowledge and a passion for relationship-building to make a real impact in a fast-paced and growing business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Originate bridging loan applications and develop a quality pipeline
  • Build and nurture relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and direct clients
  • Attend broker meetings and represent the company at industry events

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience in bridging finance or specialist lending
  • A strong network of brokers and introducers
  • Proven success in business development and origination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to assess complex loan cases
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets
