You’ll identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional workforce solutions.Key Responsibilities * Execute strategic plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts * Connect with decision makers within our target sectors and secure face to face meetings * Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various sectors * Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met effectively * Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations * Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsWhat We’re Looking For * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team * Expereince selling temporary staffing in the UK labour market (either in the engineering, care, construction, manufacturing or logistics sectors) * Based in or around Edinburgh or Glasgow * Own car and UK driver’s license * Ability to travel regularly to attend and exhibit at industry events across the UKWhat We Offer * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission for achieving targets * Flexible working arrangements (Remote/hybrid) * Company pension, laptop, mobile phone * Travel and entertainment allowance * Full marketing support * Career progression with potential to establish and grow regional and international branchesReady to Join Us?If you're a driven professional with a passion for growth and client success, we’d love to hear from you
