Job DescriptionSpecial Needs School HR Assistant Based in Wednesbury, Sandwell £14.50 -£15phYour new company An SEN Pupil Referral Unit in Sandwell is looking to appoint an interim HR Assistant to support the school's 3 sites. The role is to support the school whilst they try and appoint to the permanent position. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am to 4pm and looking for an ASAP start.Your new roleThe role will entail supporting the school on updating new starters onto the database, arranging interviews and sending out confirmation letters and safer recruitment paperwork. You will also support with staff absence management and minute taking meetings if required. You will also be responsible for undertaking vetting checks for new starters. Previous schools experience is essential.What you'll need to succeed You will need to have HR experience in the above ideally in a school and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
