Special Needs School ReceptionistBased in Moseley, Birmingham £14phYour new school An Ofsted Outstanding Special Needs School forplex disabilities based in South Birmingham is looking for a temporary School Receptionist. This school receptionist job is 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday term time only. This is a long term role with potential permanent opportunities for the right candidate. Your new job The school reception is a very busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible Greeting students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and a smileManaging iing calls, emails, and general enquiriesSupport administrative tasks including attendance, record-keeping, and mail distributionLiaise with staff and external agencies to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintaining confidentiality and uphold safeguarding procedures at all timesArranging travel for children Please note this is a very busy school office and requires an individual that can work under pressure. What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellentmunication and interpersonal skills with strong IT and organisational abilities. You will have a calm, friendly manner and a proactive attitude. You must have previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (ideally in an education setting).
