The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic Human Resources professional who helps identify the Learning needs of their coverage area and determine the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. The role works in close partnership with key business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated strategy.What you'll do:Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities and leverages enterprise solutionsDevelop Learning strategy in partnership with manager and in alignment broader product/function Learning strategyConduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutionsPartner with other Learning Advisors to consult with stakeholders in the coverage areaAdvises and ensures that learning products developed within the coverage area comply with standards and policies; where applicable, work with SMEs/originators outside of L&C to navigate Learning governanceAssist with measuring the effectiveness and success of training interventions, and communicating impact to stakeholdersSupport management of the learning budget for functionCollaborate with peers in L&C and across HR to provide an integrated and consistent experience for partners and stakeholdersStay abreast of latest external market trends and anticipate their impact on future capability requirements for functionAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyWhat we'll need from you:Proven experience in LearningKey capabilities for this role include consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring success and impact of Learning strategy, and project management skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS ExcelSelf-motivated and detail orientedProven influencing and relationship management skillsProactive leadership and motivational skillsBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceWhat we can offer you:We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
