Our Client Ecopart, a leading in car recycling, dismantlers, dealers and scrap car dealers, are seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team, based in Crumlin.As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for helping customers identify and purchase the correct parts for their vehicle needs. You will work closely with our dismantling and logistics teams to ensure an accurate, efficient and friendly service.You will handle inbound calls, online enquiries, order processing and returns while maintaining clean, organised parts storage and accurate inventory records.ResponsibilitiesAssist retail and trade customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehiclesProvide clear and helpful advice to customers via phone, email and in-personProcess incoming enquiries, quotations, sales orders and returnsMaintain accurate stock and ensure parts are correctly labelled and storedCheck availability, pricing and compatibility through internal systemsWork closely with dismantling, warehouse and transport teams to fulfil ordersFollow up with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionallyKeep the parts department tidy organised and compliantContribute to a positive team culture and support wider site operations when requiredSkills and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts roleGood working knowledge of modern vehicles, components and fitmentStrong communication and customer service skillsConfidence handling incoming calls and helping customers identify partsGood IT skills and ability to learn internal systems quicklyAbility to work with autonomy and prioritise workload in a fast-moving environmentExperience working with recycled / dismantled parts is desirable but not essentialFurther InformationJob Benefits:- Monday-Friday working pattern (8:30-17:30)- Competitive salary £29K -£31K DOE and overtime where applicable- Training in company systems and supported development routes- Stable company with clear progression paths and a close-knit team- Pension and staff benefitsAdditional Information:This Parts Advisor role is based in Crumlin, Northern Ireland.If you are interested in this role, please forward your CV through to gary.dodds@industrialtemps.com or call our Belfast office on 028 9032 2511 ask for GaryINDUSTRIAL TEMPS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES EMPLOYERArea: All of Northern IrelandClosing date: 16 Nov 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
