The Learning & Culture (L&C) organization supports the creation, curation, and deployment of end-to-end learning solutions to increase organizational and employee success. The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic Human Resources professional who helps identify the Learning needs of their coverage area and determine the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. Help execute and market a Learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities and leverages enterprise solutions
Partner with other Learning Advisors to consult with stakeholders in the coverage area
Advises and ensures that learning products developed within the coverage area comply with standards and policies; Assist with measuring the effectiveness and success of training interventions, and communicating impact to stakeholders
Support management of the learning budget for function
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Key capabilities for this role include consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring success and impact of Learning strategy, and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
