Our remote-first, high-trust culture values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.Role PurposeWe are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of a modern, scalable, secure SaaS/cloud platform, while acting as the Security/Cyber SPOC for the organization. This hybrid role combines cloud product leadership with security oversight, ensuring the platform delivers exceptional customer experience and meets enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.Cloud & SaaS Product LeadershipDefine and own the cloud/SaaS roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.Drive the delivery of cloud-native SaaS capabilities, including:Multi-tenancySelf-service onboardingElastic scalingSeamless updatesCollaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to implement secure-by-design principles and cloud best practices.Gather feedback from customers and iterate quickly to improve usability and adoption.Security & Cyber SPOC ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all security and cybersecurity matters related to the platform.Partner with the CISO to align on security strategy, compliance, and incident response.Coordinate third-party penetration tests, audits, and manage remediation plans.Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).Communicate security posture, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and security teams to balance product and security priorities.Align with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth SaaS adoption and customer success.Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear updates on roadmap and security initiatives.QualificationsMust Have5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with:2+ years in SaaS/cloud products.2+ years in security/cyber roles (can overlap).Proven track record of launching or scaling secure cloud-native/SaaS platforms.Strong understanding of:Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)Microservices, containers, CI/CD pipelinesSecure SDLC and vulnerability managementExperience coordinating penetration tests and working with CISOs/security leadership.Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).Preferred SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams (product, security, compliance).Agile mindset with experience in scrum or kanban delivery.Key AttributesVisionary & pragmatic: Sets bold goals while delivering incremental value.Customer-focused: Prioritizes usability, onboarding, and customer success.Security-conscious: Embeds security and compliance into every stage of product development.Change agent: Drives adoption of SaaS and secure-by-design practices.Location & Work ModelHybrid role: Based in London with flexibility for remote work.Occasional travel for collaboration with CISO and third-party security partners.Why Join Us?Lead a strategic cloud initiative for a critical platform.Shape the future of a secure, scalable SaaS solution.Work at the intersection of product innovation and cybersecurity leadership.
