**Product Owner - Remote - Contract - Outside IR35**

Method Cloud is building a new Product Team and we are looking for people with IoT to be part of a new and exciting Product team.

As a Technical Product Owner in the IoT team, you will be responsible for the vision and usability of a ground-breaking suite of IoT devices & Real-Time Sensors that going to revolutionize energy consumption across the UK & Europe.

The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for engaging with stakeholder groups within the Business and Partners to develop and manage this new suite of IoT hardware & its accompanying suite of software.

The scope covers the development and delivery of end-to-end innovative solutions to enhance the IES functionality on both the hardware and software levels.

This role can be fully remote (UK-based).

The Technical Project Owner IoT Responsibilities:

- Responsible for establishing and overseeing the delivery and evolution of the product roadmap to meet the current and future customer requirements.
- Be the product expert and specialist who can discuss the product and evolution with customers, prospects and investors.
- Help create support, training and marketing content and materials including videos, blogs and thought leadership pieces.
- Lead and motivate the development team to ensure on time delivery of the products.
- Identify opportunities for the creation of valuable IP.

Qualifications & Experience for Technical Product Owner IoT
- Minimum 5 - 7 years post qualification experience (not sector specific). Ideally in a fast growth / dynamic environment.
- Demonstrable experience in assessing market needs and developing products to meet them for IoT both hardware and software solutions.
- Experience in helping to formulate and execute against future direction and strategy for a business.
- Experience in leading and building successful teams, with good people management skills and expertise in dealing and presenting at Executive and / or Board level.
- Experience in operating the full product lifecycle, including commercial launch, ensuring that all parts of the business are equipped to deliver the products in a timely manner.
