**Senior Product Owner - Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) - £850-£950 Per Day OUTSIDE IR35**
**Overview**:
A global corporation, with over 150,000 employees and a billion pound turnover is currently recruiting a senior Product Owner who has successfully lead the deployment of HCM product capabilities and associated migration and retirement of legacy platforms, ona 6 month contract paying up to £950 per day OUTSIDE IR35, fully remote.
You must have prior experience of Cloud HCM product deployment and associated design and deployment strategy development. Particularly with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the iterative design and deployment of new HCM Cloud Core product and associated capabilities
- Establish multi-year Cloud Core Product Strategy enabling digitalisation of the function and realisation of experience and efficiency value levers
- Definition of product vision, objectives, key success measures and criteria to enable ongoing performance measurement and analysis
- Oversee the establishment and prioritisation of product roadmap and the construction of associated user stories and success metrics
- Oversee integrated global design / template for new cloud core capabilities and associated process domains, providing necessary coaching and leadership to product and process leads
- Establish design governance model which drives a user-centred focus
- Constantly challenge and coach the Delivery and Product teams to deliver the best employee experience, best use of technology and maximize product value
- Ensure alignment and design interlocks across all peer product roadmaps, prioritisation and associated budgets
- Partner with Deployment Lead to oversee construction and socialisation of deployment and engagement model
- Implement and ensure adherence to the organisations gate process and use of product management methods

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Prior experience of Cloud HCM product deployment (SAP SuccessFactors and Workday) and associated design and deployment strategy development
- Experience working within a B2B and B2C environment, with global enterprise level corporations
- Experience of product management model and innovation practices
- Excellent understanding of HR processes and passionate about improving employee experience
- Experienced in creating multi-year global roadmap encompassing digital, process, data and service enhancements
- Data driven decision making, data storytelling. Ability to tie product metrics with business goals and customer benefits, the ability to build a narrative to help convey the key product related decisions
- Beneficial - Experience of product deployment with Oracle Cloud HCM

**Contract Details**:

- Up to £950 **OUTSIDE IR35**:

- 6 months contract

- Flexible with remote working - occasional trips to London
