With strong demand for Sellforte AI, the world's first Agentic MMM and Autonomous Media Buying platform, we're growing faster than planned and opening this role ahead of schedule.We're looking for an Account Executive who loves winning new business, helping companies scale with Sellforte, and wants to shape the next era of growth for a category-defining product across global markets.This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to join a high-performing team and rewrite how eCommerce and DTC brands think about marketing measurement and media buying. Why this role existsThere's a global trend toward MMM and media optimization solutions, and demand in the UK&I is growing fast—so we need a local Account Executive to manage pipeline and build your own pipeline for the wave we're riding.Now we need someone who can help us turn that momentum into something bigger, louder, and faster in the UK&I market.You'll be part of the European Sales Organisation, working with:Paul (CCO)Chris (Head of Sales)Peter (Senior Account Executive, DACH)Carmen (Revenue Operations)Kevin (Go-to-market)Together, you'll help us scale into the next chapter. What you'll ownOwn the full sales cycle in the UK&I marketLead consultative conversations with marketers, analytics leaders, and CMOsRun demos and clearly demonstrate business impactCreate new demand through smart outreach, referrals, and strong discoveryWork closely with Product, Data Science, and Customer SuccessTravel occasionally for training at HQ, team events, and customer meetings across Europe What success looks likeWe love high performers, and we believe your success would look something like this:Highly proactive and self-drivenCreating and progressing your own pipeline - not relying only on inboundIndependently leading complex sales processes from first call to closeConsistently hitting and overachieving quotaBuilding strong multi-stakeholder relationships within customer organizationsMaking it easy for prospects to buy by simplifying complex decisionsBringing market feedback and insights back to the team to help us improveBeing trusted by customers as a knowledgeable partner - not "just a seller" Who you areYou might be our next team member if you:Have at least 3–5 years of SaaS sales experienceProven success in mid-market deals (around £30-80k ACV) in UK&I marketSee sales as team sport between marketing, engineering and other industry expertsExperience selling to marketers or within MarTech / AnalyticsStrong communication skills and fluent professional EnglishStructured working methods in daily work and love to keep your HubSpot CRM cleanCurious, driven, and customer-impact focusedBonus: eCommerce/Retail/DTC experience is seen as a great asset for success in the role.
