If you’re looking for a role where you can showcase your coordination, communication, and organisational strengths, we’d love to hear from you.As part of a growing internal consulting firm, this role will support recruitment efforts with a particular focus on the UK and Belgium. You will manage day-to-day coordination activities, including Analyst and Associate recruiting events, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and a variety of talent acquisition initiatives.The Role:\tCoordinate university recruiting, including campus/virtual events, materials, marketing, and career-centre relationships.\tOversee high-volume scheduling, interview logistics, candidate communication, and applicant tracking processes.\tManage job postings, recruiting reports, and dashboards, and support offer-decision meetings.\tContribute to in-office talent programmes (training, orientation, summer programmers), off-season projects, and ad hoc initiatives.\tAttend events and ensure smooth information flow across the Talent Acquisition and HR teamsYou will have:\tExperienced in a Talent or Recruitment role, ideally in a professional services environment\tExperience in early careers or campus recruitment, ideally facilitating graduate hiring and onboarding\tStrong proficiency  with applicant tracking systems & in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel\tShows strong organisation and multitasking under tight deadlines, clear written and verbal communication, a proactive and detail-driven approach, and the flexibility and collaboration needed to succeed in a dynamic environmentApplications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
