**About our client**
Our client, a well-established mid-market private equity firm are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their dynamic and expanding team. The fund manages investments which focus on multiple sectors including healthcare. The fundhave several worldwide offices and over 100 employees globally, and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will become an integral part of the London team. They are currently going through a growth phase making it an exciting period to join.
**What the job involves**
As Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be working alongside the Head of Recruitment to deliver in-house recruitment and talent strategies. Due to the planned growth this is a brand-new hire for the fund, with plenty of autonomy available for you to mouldand develop the position.
- Assist with delivery of resourcing strategies
- Maintain and improve recruitment tracking systems
- Design and develop talent strategies and D&I hiring practices
- Partnering with third-party firms in relevant hiring processes

**Who we are looking for**:

- A background working within an in-house recruitment/ talent acquisition position
- Exposure to the investment or private equity space would be advantageous
- Previous experience hiring multiple functions within a fast paced and growing environment
- Commercial acumen with problem solving and analytical skills
