You'll partner closely with leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, organisational development, HR processes, and initiatives that support a positive and productive workplace.Responsibilities:Act as a strategic and operational partner to leaders, ensuring people initiatives effectively support business goals.Lead and guide performance management processes, development planning, and improvement conversations.Work with the recruitment team to support hiring activities and explore creative approaches for attracting talent.Maintain and continuously improve HR administrative processes, documentation, and compliance practices.Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance communication, and help teams navigate organisational change.Qualifications:HR or business-related background (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience supporting organisational change programmes.Background working within a matrix-structured organisation.CIPD qualification or comparable professional accreditation, with knowledge across talent acquisition, development, organisational design, compensation, and employment law.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience managing varied workloads and multiple stakeholders.Comfortable using digital tools and HR systems such as Workday and time-tracking platforms like Kronos.Someone proactive, accountable, and confident taking ownership of processes.
