Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Floor Layer based in or near Salford? Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered as part of working hoursWe Can Offer You:Work-Life Balance: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus flexibilityHealth & Wellbeing: 24/7 GP access, mental health support, fitness programs, and moreTraining & Growth: Ongoing professional development to keep you at the top of your gameYour roleSpeak with customers to arrange and complete work, always putting their needs firstLeave homes clean and safe, and collect tenant signatures when doneWork closely with your team and build strong relationships across LibertyLay and finish various flooring types including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, timber, cork, and carpetPrepare surfaces, remove minor obstacles, and ensure a smooth foundation before fittingMeasure, plan, and order materials needed for each jobFollow instructions, drawings, and use measuring tools accuratelyCut, fit, and finish flooring around fixtures, matching patterns and designsOccasionally carry out alternative tasks as directedWhat We Need from You.
