Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our ever growing team. As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of flooring materials. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well with others

**Duties**:

- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling as needed
- Install flooring materials such as carpet, vinyl, hardwood, or tile
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment
- Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Fit cap and cove with heat seamed welded joints

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Floor Layer
- Strong knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools and Hot air welders
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting materials
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Provide own tools for the job
- CSCS blue card Desirable
- Full PPE
- Full Uk Driving Licence

**Salary**: £200.00 per day

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- floor laying: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
