Your Role at a Glance:As a Pawnbroking Appraiser, you’ll play a vital part in the customer experience and valuation process. Your main responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.Appraising luxury items including jewellery, watches, handbags, and other valuables.Engaging in the retail sales of high-end pre-loved items.Staying ahead of market trends in both pawnbroking and luxury retail.Keeping a keen eye on local competitors and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.️ What We’re Looking For:We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:Pawnbroking, jewellery, auctioneering, or gallery experienceValuation expertise in luxury watches, fine jewellery, handbags, or artA passion for customer service and luxury goodsA desire to grow within a forward-thinking, innovative business Interested?
