Your main responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email. Appraising luxury items including jewellery, watches, handbags, and other valuables. Engaging in the retail sales of high-end pre-loved items. Staying ahead of market trends in both pawnbroking and luxury retail.
