Job DescriptionHR AdvisorCheltenhamSalary £36,000Very interesting organisationA rare opportunity has come in to work with a fantastic local charity. The primary focus of this role is to provide expert employee relations (ER) advice and ensure that managers are well-equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of work and employment law. Additionally, the role supports the HR Director by leading key projects such as benchmarking and organisational restructures.
