The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for next year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective.They're now looking to hire a Senior Paid Social Manager to bring Paid Social in-house. You'll report into a highly experienced Head of Performance Marketing and will act as their No.2. What skills do you need to have to be considered?️You need to have at least 5 years Paid Social experience across Meta, TikTok & Pinterest.️Ideally you will have worked for a high growth consumer brand, or for an agency working with large D2C brands️Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads is important️Proven experience managing large budgets is incredibly important (£250k - £1million monthly spends)️A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in Performance Marketing.In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you :️Competitive basic salary (£60k - £65k, depending upon experience)️Up to 15% Bonus️Hybrid working policy (3 days a week in Central London)️Private Healthcare️Onsite Gym in the office️Regular social events️Opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing companies in the UKWhat happens next?
