Senior Paid Social Manager

Location:
London - 3 days a week in-office

We partner with high-growth eCommerce brands across fashion, lifestyle, health, and beauty sectors and are known for pushing the boundaries on performance marketing - combining paid media, creative, and automation to scale some of the UK's most exciting brands.

The Role -
Lead strategy. Grow brands. Mentor talent.

As a Paid Social Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, client services, and team development - owning the delivery of high-performing paid social campaigns for your own portfolio of ecommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead paid social strategy across 3–5 ecommerce brands
  • Line manage and coach a team of 1–2 execs/managers
  • Own client-facing responsibilities including QBRs, planning sessions and creative reviews
  • Build testing roadmaps and present opportunities to drive incremental growth
  • Act as a key thought leader within the business, contributing to training and innovation
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of performance and client satisfaction

Your Profile

You'll be a confident strategist, natural team leader, and commercial thinker who loves working with fast-paced, ambitious brands.

Essential Experience:

  • Solid paid social expertise, especially Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and full-funnel performance marketing
  • Experience managing or mentoring others in a high-performance environment
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and influencing stakeholders
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, testing and measurement
  • A bias for collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement
