The role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead Paid Social growth within Numan's Marketing Centre of Excellence. You will own the strategic direction for social performance - driving scale, efficiency, and creative innovation across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels.

As a senior member of the Growth team, you will mentor colleagues, set standards for best practice, and ensure Paid Social contributes meaningfully to business growth across all Numan conditions. You will also represent Marketing within one business unit, ensuring activity supports both commercial and brand objectives.

You'll be:

  • Developing Paid Social strategy, defining frameworks for creative testing, and leading budget allocation.
  • Managing campaigns directly while guiding junior team members.
  • Driving experimentation and structured learning, including funnel sequencing and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborating closely with Creative, Data, and Brand teams to integrate storytelling with performance.
  • Building automation, dashboards, and reporting processes for cross-functional visibility.
  • Supporting integrated campaigns across channels, including PPC, SEO, CRM, and ATL.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and Business Unit leads.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience in Paid Social, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok algorithms, creative testing frameworks, and scaling strategies.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and value-based bidding.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring or leading colleagues.
  • Comfort using analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or similar for data-driven decision making.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare or other regulated markets.
  • Familiarity with broader digital channels, including PPC, SEO, and CRM.
  • Agency or in-house leadership experience managing £1m+ monthly spend.
