Senior Paid Social Manager Location: London (3 days a week in-office) Company Overview: Nest is a fast-growing and respected independent performance agency built specifically for ecommerce brands. We partner with high-growth eCommerce brands across fashion, lifestyle, health, and beauty sectors and are known for pushing the boundaries on performance marketing - combining paid media, creative, and automation to scale some of the UK’s most exciting brands. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role in an award-winning team with clear progression and pod ownership. The Role: Lead strategy. Grow brands. Mentor talent. As a Paid Social Manager, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, client services, and team development - owning the delivery of high-performing paid social campaigns for your own portfolio of ecommerce clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead paid social strategy across 3–5 ecommerce brands Line manage and coach a team of 1–2 execs/managers Own client-facing responsibilities including QBRs, planning sessions and creative reviews Build testing roadmaps and present opportunities to drive incremental growth Act as a key thought leader within the business, contributing to training and innovation Ensure all work meets high standards of performance and client satisfaction Your Profile: You will be a confident strategist, natural team leader, and commercial thinker who loves working with fast-paced, ambitious brands.
