This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is eager to learn, and is committed to building a long-term career in talent management.Key Responsibilities\tProvide full administrative and organisational support to the Talent Manager.\tManage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.\tHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\tLiaise with clients, agents, and industry contacts on behalf of the Talent Manager.\tPrepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes to a high standard.\tSupport with project coordination and office management tasks.\tBe flexible and available to attend classes, training, or industry events outside of standard hours.Candidate Profile\tExceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.\tStrong communication skills—both written and verbal.\tDriven, ambitious, and eager to learn the ropes of talent management.\tComfortable working in a busy office environment with shifting priorities.\tWilling to go the extra mile, including occasional out-of-hours commitments.\tTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.\tA positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for the entertainment and talent industry.Additional Information:North London – Dynamic, Creative EnvironmentContract: Full-time, office-based Fridays WFH
