Full time | Location : Soho, London / Hybrid

The Visionaries, a commercial production freelance directors & photographers talent representation agency serving the advertising creative and production community, is looking for a Directors' & Photographers' Agent Assistant to join our team.

We're seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our agents, directors and photographers, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include:

-Provide administrative support to agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising files

-Assist with the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other documents

-Conduct research on industry trends and competitors

-Assist with creating showreels

-Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts and PR write-ups

-Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Main tasks:

-Diary management for director's availabilities

-Setting up meetings, taking notes and circulating around the team, directors and clients

-Maintain and curate directors' showreels on Vimeo and Slate

-Designing bespoke portfolios for our photographers

-Supporting directors and production companies with image research, proofreading treatments and sourcing and booking treatment support

-Become acquainted with The Visionaries director roster and the distinct and individual offerings between them

-Provide directors and photographers with support, guidance, and advice

-Networking and talent scouting at industry events

-Maintaining contact databases and mailing lists

Preferable Skills:

-A keen interest and understanding of social media marketing

-Creative copywriting and excellent grammar and vocabulary

-Experience using G-Suite and Adobe Creative

-Experience of working in film/advertising and production

-Experience using Squarespace or other websites

-Experience at a talent agency or production company

Please note: Applicants must be able to work at least 3 days a week in London, attending meetings, screenings and events.
