Associate Director/director Retail Agent

A specialist Retail Agency with an exceptional track record for working with some of the market’s most prestigious landlords and retail occupiers is looking to recruit an Associate Director/Director level Retail Agent to join their team based in CentralLondon.
In this role you will be the key point of contact for one of their high profile landlord instructions, managing the leasing and letting of prime Central London High Street Retail, Regional Shopping Centres and Designer Outlets, ensuring they are in linewith the client’s asset management and leasing business plans. As well as being supported by a Surveyor, you will report directly into the Founding Partners and will also have the opportunity to get involved with other clients when needed.
Key Associate Director/Director Retail Agency requirements include:
- Degree/MSc in Real Estate.
- Member of RICS is preferred.
- Expert in High Street Retail/Shopping Centre/Outlet retail agency.
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Excellent retail contacts across the London and UK market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
As the retail market continues to evolve, our client is offering a really exciting, supportive and forward thinking environment to work in. This opportunity may also suit somebody at Senior Surveyor/Associate level who is ready to step up to an AssociateDirector.
Salary from £65,000 - £85,000. Package includes a very competitive commission based bonus, car allowance, phone, private healthcare and pension. They also organise annual ski trips and other social events throughout the year.
Office is based in Central London, they typically work in the office 3-4 days a week.
