Job DescriptionAn award winning Architectural Practice is seeking a confident and personable Studio Coordinator to join their super social and close-knit team. Based 5 days in office, they are looking for someone who enjoys being the “go to”, offering support across the office.Daily duties to include:Office Management\tAssist with cleaning contracts and oversee the daily office cleaning\tPremises management, environment and maintenance assistance\tMonitoring and ordering all office supplies including stationery\tOrganise and maintain all refuse services, recycling and shredding\tMonitoring and maintaining general tidiness within the office\tManage, maintain and re-supply office copiers, printers and other electrical equipment\tWorking with our external IT company to sort software and computer related issues as well as keeping a log of all IT equipment, i.e., laptops, work mobiles, PC numbers\tAssist with the management of cleaning and maintenance arrangementsReception\tAnswer/screen telephone calls and take accurate messages\tMeet and greet visitors/clients\tBook and manage meeting rooms, including organising catering\tCoordinate and book couriers and taxi’sGeneral Admin Duties:\tBinding documents for presentations\tManage project numbers and contacts database\tMonitor info mailbox daily and action emails\tDocument Control overspill and team support from time to time\tGeneral admin support such as minute taking, typing and formatting letters and documents in InDesign\tResearch and organise company travel arrangements and hotels Socials and Events\tStaff social events and trips\tCommunicate with external marketing team to organise all external award ceremonies and events\tOrganising monthly office drinks either in house or at a local venue.Other\tOrganising and arranging client (Christmas) gifting- usually to around 100-150 corporate gifts\tMonitor careers inbox, flag and reply to emails\tAdditional tasks may involve business development research, internal communications, and arranging company travel \tSocial media support, including managing the Instagram and LinkedIn\tPA duties to the directors, including diary management and booking of venues for lunches etc.Offering great benefits and a positive work environment, get in touch for immediate consideration
