Exporting to over 70 countries, our UK subsidiary plays a crucial role in supporting and growing our network of 40 design studios across the UK, in close collaboration with our global headquarters.About the Role – National Sales Manager (UK- Retail)We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead business development and partner growth across the entire UK. From Scotland to Cornwall, you will be on the road as needed - meeting dealers, supporting them with business growth initiatives, prospecting new studio partners.This is not a passive account management role. We're looking for someone with energy, hunger, and ambition, someone who thrives on results, builds strong partnerships, and knows how to open doors and close deals. Your remit includes growing retail revenues, unlocking luxury contract business opportunities, and ensuring the performance of our entire UK partner network.You'll work closely with the UK Managing Director, Contracts Business Development Manager and UK Marketing Manager, HQ teams in Germany, and studio owners in the UK, making this a high-impact role at the forefront of SieMatic's expansion in the UK market.Essential Professional Qualities5+ years' experience in the KBB industryStrong track record in national sales, business development or account managementDeep understanding of kitchen furniture and technical product knowledgeCommercially savvy with a results-driven mindsetStrong communicator and persuasive presenterDegree-level education preferredConfident training teams and influencing senior decision makersIdeal CandidateSales-focused leader with proven experience in growing national salesProactive, energetic, and target-driven with a "go out and get it" mentalityGood connections within the A&D community and Luxury developer marketBased in the UK with flexibility to travel nationwide as neededAble to work independently and remotely, while maintaining strong internal collaborationExcellent relationship builder with connections in the design and property sectorsCreative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesDigitally fluent and confident using CRM and sales reporting toolsCPD and Networking, able to represent a luxury brand with confidence and polishHolds a full UK driving licenseExperience with luxury brands and dealing with HNWIA good understanding of design in the high-end market.
